BARNES New York - Marketing Analyst




During my internship at BARNES New York, we had the chance to get an exclusive listing for a townhouse in the Upper East Side. This property was the old house of Gianni Versace, and in order to market it properly, I created an online magazine and a pamphlet to showcase and explain all the details of this history loaded place.

Each month I had the pleasure to create a data visualization board to inform the mangament team about the progress on our social media and inform them about our demographics, below is an example of one of them.



One of my mission during this internship was also to create engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, for which I managed to grow the following base by 50% and 160% accordingly. 
The strategy consisted in showing not only listings but mor the lifestyle behind the brand, showcase the international sde of BARNES, and to create engaging reels every week. 



Every week we created new newsletters, we had a monthly one to wrap up the month and tell all the updates and news about the brand and the New York office, we had another monthly one for our monthly webinar introducing another office abroad, and weekly ones to announce our new listings.
